£3 per night
King's Church Football is the weekly event where men of various ages, with a wide range of skill and talent, can re-live boyhood dreams of scoring a last minute winning goal, against all the odds, to win a Championship decider (a bit like Michael Thomas scoring for Arsenal at Anfield in May 1989 with virtually the last kick of the season...).
If you're old enough to pay the £3 weekly fee without scrounging from your mum or dad (or wife), you qualify to play football for an hour on Tuesday nights from 7-8pm. The ages of the 'regulars' range from mid-teens to mid-fifties, and we play fair but competitive, and have some fun as well. The venue is superb, being the all-weather floodlit pitch at Radcliffe School, Wolverton, so the weather doesn't normally stop us playing.
So if you want to get a bit fitter, join us on a Tuesday at King's Church Football.
